Minister Heather Humphreys is visiting South and West Kerry.
The Rural and Community Minister, who's also responsible for Justice while Helen McEntee is on maternity leave, will be in Valentia Island this afternoon.
She'll be launching a conservation programme at Valentia Island Cable Station.
The cable station will also be the location for a citizenship ceremony this evening - a virtual event to welcome those who've recently received their Irish citizenship.

Tomorrow morning Minister Humphreys will turn the sod on the new Gteic digital hub in Baile na Sceilge.
She'll also visit Cahersiveen Skellig Centre for Research and Innovation and Carnegie Building in Cahersiveen.
Heather Humphreys will then travel to the RDI Hub in Killorglin and will then attend the official launch of the Smart Beaches' Pilot on Inch Beach.
In the afternoon, she will tour the Dingle Hub and will end her visit to Kerry with an appointment at the Listowel Food Hub.
She'll be opening a series of projects across the county which have been funded by her department.
