An Ireland South MEP says the country will be ready to roll out the EU digital green travel cert by July 19th.
The cert allows for non-essential travel within the EU.
Since the system went live across Europe yesterday, it is being reported that there is already a big uptake for the certs.

Ireland was forced to delay the implementation of the system due to the cyber attack on the HSE and Department of Health.
