The man who was being questioned in relation to the death of Miriam Burns is being released without charge.
He had been arrested on Tuesday evening.
The man in his 50s who was arrested in connection with this killing has been released without charge pending further investigation, but the DPP will be provided with a file shortly.

However local Gardai are continuing to investigate the Killarney grandmothers’ murder under the direction of a Senior Investigating Officer.
Gardai at the local station are continuing to appeal to any witnesses, or those who have video footage, from the Ard-shana-vooley area from 5pm Friday to 1pm Monday to come forward.
Ms. Burns, who was 75, has been remembered as a ‘smiling’ and ‘stylish’ lady who often cycled to and from her engagements around the town.
The grandmother's memorial service will take place at St Mary's Cathedral on Sunday afternoon at 2.15pm
No further details are available at present but Radio Kerry understands he is due to appear before Tralee District Court at 3pm on separate charges.
