A man in his 20s remains in a critical condition following a two-car collision near the Kerry-Limerick border last night.
Four people were hospitalised following the collision, which occurred on the N21 at Kilconlea outside Abbeyfeale at around 11:30pm last night.
Two men, both in their early 20s were brought to University Hospital Kerry in critical condition, one of whom remains critical while the other's condition is described as serious, but stable.
A woman in her 20s and a male teenager were also brought to hospital but in a stable condition.
The N21 has now fully reopened following a technical examination, and gardaí are still appealing for anyone with information or video footage to contact them.
