A man in his 30s is due to appear in Killarney District Court this morning in collection with an alleged assault in Castleisland yesterday morning.
Following the incident a man in his 20s, and a woman in her 30s, were taken to University Hospital Kerry with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
A man was subsequently arrested and detained at a Kerry Garda station under section 4 of the Criminal Justice act.
