A candidate who’s running in the Listowel Electoral Area has said her election priorities include helping people who want to keep pets in rented properties.
Rosemarie Smith who’s running for the Party for Animal Welfare says if elected, she also wants to create an affordable programme of neutering, and work towards banning all blood sports.
