Knockreer playground in Killarney has reopened following upgrading works and repairs.
The playground had been closed for a number of days over recent weeks to facilitate the works.
Cathaoirleach of Killarney Municipal District, Cllr Brendan Cronin says the past 12 months have taught us about the importance of outdoor infrastructure and says this is an important extension of the facilities in Knockreer.

Kerry County Council has thanked everyone for their patience while the works were ongoing.
