A grieving Killarney family has experienced the benefits of community spirit, after locals and businesses rallied around them and carried out repairs on their home.
A committee organised a golf classic fundraiser for the family of the late Joanne Downey, who died following a road traffic accident on the Killarney bypass in July.

Businesses came on board to deliver their services and locals gave up their time to ensure the project would be completed within two weeks.
