Kerry's Live Register has fallen by just over a fifth in a year.
That's according to the latest data from the Central Statistics Office.
In March, 6,356 people in Kerry signed on the Live Register.
That's down 21% compared to the same month last year when just over 8,000 people were signing on.
It also marks a monthly decrease of 4% from February's figure (6,619).
Listowel is the only social welfare office to record a monthly increase of 8 to 1,157.
Killarney has the largest decrease of 124 to 1,098.
Tralee falls 101 to 2,897, Killorglin is down 19 to 422 and Dingle drops 16 to 379.
There is a decrease of six in Caherciveen to 216 and Kenmare falls by 5 to 187.
