The impact and difference made by Kerry volunteers during the pandemic is being highlighted this week.
National Volunteering Week will feature a collection of stories of how communities stepped up to the mark during COVID-19.
Kerry Volunteer Centre Manager, Geraldine O Sullivan says that since March volunteers have been a vital part in the response to the pandemic and it is important to recognise and thank people for their efforts.
Along with the collection of stories, the centre will be running free wellness events for volunteers this week.
