Kerry tourism companies are being encouraged to apply for a €30 million scheme.
€30 million in funding has been announced to support visitor attractions, activity operators, and tourism accommodation providers, under the Tourism Business Community Scheme.
The scheme is broken into two tranches, both with a maximum grant of €800,000, while both open for applications on August 5th and close on September 17th.
Education Minister and Kerry Fianna Fáil TD Norma Foley is encouraging all visitor attractions, activity operators and tourism accommodation providers across the county to apply.
Minister Foley says Kerry is renowned globally as a tourist destination and this funding will provide vital funding for businesses in the county's tourism industry.
