Kerry has the second lowest incidence rate of COVID-19 nationwide over the past two weeks.
That’s according to the latest figures released by the Health Protection Surveillance Centre, which cover from September 7th to midnight on September 20th.
These figures show there were 26 cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Kerry during that period; this is a rate of 17.6 per 100,000 people and is the second lowest nationally.
The national incidence rate is 70.4.
The highest rate was recorded in Dublin at 138.0 or 1,860 cases, while Tipperary has the lowest rate at 16.9 or 27 cases.
