The Kerry Roads Policing Unit arrested a driver after they were caught travelling almost 60kms above the speed limit on the N21.
The driver was caught travelling 158km per hour in a 100km zone on Sunday night.
They were driving along the N21 which runs from Limerick to Tralee.

The driver was arrested and was later charged; they are due to appear in court for dangerous driving.
