A group of Kerry publicans held protests outside the offices of two Government TDs today.
Since March 15th, 3,500 pubs around Ireland have been closed due to COVID-19 regulations.
Protests were held outside Education Minister and Kerry Fianna Fáil TD Norma Foley's constituency office in Tralee and Kerry Fine Gael TD Brendan Griffin's office in Castlemaine today.
The group claims that over 1,500 jobs in Kerry are at risk if the pubs remain closed.
Chairman of the Kerry Vintners, Christy Walsh says they are hopeful pubs will open in the coming weeks but hit out at the Government package on offer to publicans:
