Kerry Mountain Rescue responded to a call-out yesterday evening.
The team received a call at 5.45pm that a group of walkers had gotten into difficulty near the top of Cnoc na Toinne on Bóthar na Gíge (the ZigZags).
The rescue team hiked up and located the uninjured group of four, they were then secured with ropes and walked off the hill.

The operation involved 25 members of the team and concluded safely at 10.30pm.
Kerry Mountain Rescue Team is advising people to ensure they are appropriately equipped when venturing into the hills in winter conditions.
