Kerry Mountain Rescue Team has opened its new base.
The rescue team marked the occasion at a ceremony in Killarney Garda Station yesterday.
Retired member of Kerry Mountain Rescue Team, Christy McCarthy officially opened the base and says the facility provides much needed space for training, vehicle and equipment storage.
