A Kerry MEP says the EU Digital Green Cert would be a kick-start on the return to normal life.
MEPs are voting on the proposal by the European Commission today.
This cert will contain information on a person's vaccination status, COVID-19 test results or recovery status.

If passed, negotiations can begin immediately with member-states to adopt the measure by early summer.
