The appointment of Michel Barnier as prime minister of France will be good for Ireland, according to a Fine Gael MEP.
Sean Kelly says he's proven himself as European Commissioner and during Brexit negotiations.
The Ireland South MEP believes he's the ideal candidate, particularly given the current division in France.
