A Kerry man has been elected President of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann.
Éamonn Ó hArgáin from Lixnaw says he's honoured, privileged and delighted to be elected as the organisation's 22nd President.
Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann is a non-profit internation cultural organisation which promotes traditional Irish music across the world.

Mr Ó hArgáin, who now lives in Dublin, says this will be an exciting challenge for him, but a challenge he's looking forward to as we emerge from the pandemic.
