Property prices in Kerry have increased by €5,000 during the first quarter of the year.
The latest MyHome.ie property report shows the median asking price for a house in the county is now €210,000.
It means that prices have jumped by €15,000 compared to this time last year.
Although the asking price for a three-bed semi-detached house in Kerry dropped by €10,000 in the quarter to €169,500, it is still up €7,000 compared to Q1 2020.
The asking price for a 4-bed semi-detached house in Kerry has mirrored the national trend and remained unchanged over the quarter, at €210,000.
However, this still represents an increase of €15,000 compared to this time last year.
The number of properties for sale in Kerry on MyHome.ie fell by 6% in the last quarter and was down 26% on this time last year.
The average time for a property to go sale agreed in the county after being placed up for sale now stands at just over eight months.
