Kerry has one of the lowest COVID-19 positivity rates.
The HSE has released figures for each county on the number of tests which result in positive detection of the virus. Louth has the highest swab positivity rate at over 12%, closely followed by Offaly and Donegal.
Kerry’s positivity rate of 6.7% is among the lowest nationwide, with six of the lowest nine nationwide comprising Munster counties. 28% of COVID-19 tests taken at a centre in Co. Donegal are coming back positive.
