Kerry Gardaí seize car that has expired tax for 7 years and no valid NCT for 5 years

Gardaí seized a car in North Kerry after they found its road tax had expired seven years ago and the vehicle’s NCT had expired five years ago.

The car was stopped during a Garda checkpoint in Listowel.

Gardaí also discovered the driver has no valid insurance or driving licence.

The car was seized and the driver is due to appear in court at a future date.
