Kerry farmland prices ranged from €5,500 to nearly €9,600 per acre last year.
That's according to the Agricultural Land Market Review and Outlook compiled by Teagasc and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
The study shows that poor quality land in Kerry was priced around €5,500 per acre while good quality land could fetch almost €9,600 per acre.
Nationally, the average price for non-residential land ranged from €5,900 per acre to €9,381.
The report shows that nationally farmland prices could jump by 4% this year despite the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic.
