Kerry estate agent says some landlords fed up and selling up

A Kerry estate agent says some landlords are selling up simply because they’re fed up and want to move on.

Paul Stephenson of Sherry FitzGerald Stephenson Crean says that, on the ground, he has been seeing landlords selling up in their droves.

He says this is affecting the stock for rental properties.
