The Kingdom defeated Galway 3 14 to 11 points in the final at Croke Park, winning the Brendan Martin Cup fora record 12th time.
The victory marks the Kingdom's first All-Ireland victory in 31 years, while Galway last lifted the Brendan Martin Cup in 2004.
