A Kerry county councillor is calling for traffic calming measures in Killorglin.
Fianna Fáil councillor Michael Cahill says traffic calming and proper signage is needed urgently on the New Line Road (Crows Road) in Killorglin.
Cllr Cahill says it's a very busy road and it's now a major health and safety issue for residents, who have to cross the road daily when going to and from the car park.
Responding to Cllr Cahill at a recent council meeting, Padraic Teahan, senior roads engineer with Kerry County Council, said it will be investigated, and any issues will be brought to the attention of Transport Infrastructure Ireland.
