The Kerry Co-op AGM is to be held virtually later this month.
The AGM follows the suspension of talks with Kerry Group plc on a proposed joint venture dairy business deal.
In a letter to shareholders, the board acknowledged that conducting the 2021 AGM virtually is less than ideal but must be done in this manner to comply with COVID-19 restrictions.
The meeting, which will be held over Zoom, will be hosted from the Brandon Hotel in Tralee on June 22nd at 2pm.
Members intending on attending the AGM are being asked to provide Kerry Co-op with a secure personal email address by June 15th.
