This is according to the Central Statistics Office, which has compiled information on the number of homes and apartments finished in each Eircode area so far in 2021.
There are four Eircode areas in Kerry.
The V92 area, which includes all of West Kerry, Greater Tralee, the Banna-Ballyheigue coast and Castleisland, had 51 dwelling completions during January-March.
