Increase in number of people opting for online motor tax services

The use of online services for motor tax has increased by 18% in the five years up to 2021.

According to Kerry County Council, 87% of customers opted for the online facility last year.

In May of this year, the motor tax office received 2,627 applications by post.

Over 85% of those applications were processed within one working day and 100% were processed within two.
