Almost half of consumers are now considering sustainability when buying food and drink.
That's according to research carried out by Kerry.
The taste and nutrition company surveyed over 14,000 people in 18 countries to learn more about their buying habits.

49% consider sustainability when buying produce including food waste reduction, health and nutrition and clean label claims such as “locally sourced” and “organic”.
84% of people believe it is important for everyone to contribute to sustainability but three in four relegate the responsibility to industry.
