The greater Killarney area is accommodating the third largest amount of Ukrainian refugees who are fleeing the Russian invasion.
Only two local electoral areas in the country have more refugees than Killarney; Ennistimon in Co. Clare has 1,194 while North Inner City Dublin has 1,245.
That's according to figures from the Central Statistics Office who has compiled the number of refugees in each local electoral area in the Republic.
Each local electoral area in Kerry, bar Castleisland, has seen an increase in the last month.
CSO figures reveal that Killarney and Kenmare rank within the top six local electoral areas who are accommodating Ukrainian refugees.
977 Ukrainian refugees have sought refuge in Killarney which is an increase of 112 since May; it's the third highest in the country.
868 are living in Kenmare; an increase of 132; it's the sixth highest LEA accommodating refugees.
8 are living in Castleisland; a decrease of 3 and Tralee is catering to 675 Ukrainian refugees; up 79.
123 Ukrainian people are living in Corca Dhuibhne, an increase of 21 while there are currently 145 in Listowel, a rise of 7.
Overall, more than 2,700 Ukrainian refugees are living in Kerry; the figure is up 348 in the past month.
These figures include all arrivals up to June 19th.
