A new engineering qualification is to be offered by Munster Technological University Kerry.
The Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering is the first of its kind in Ireland.
It was developed through REEdI - Rethinking Engineering Education in Ireland - a consortium of higher education institutions, industry stakeholders, and research centres.

Students of the four-year degree will spend the first two years on campus and the final two at a host industry partner.
