A feature film starring Oscar-winner Olivia Colman has begun shooting in Kerry.
'Joyride', written by Kerry woman Ailbhe Keogan, follows the adventures of two very different main characters on the run, and the relationship that grows between them.
The production will be filmed at locations around the county over the course of July, with many locals involved as extras.
Newly-elected Cathaoirleach of Kerry County Council, Cllr Jimmy Moloney, said hosting a feature film on location in Kerry provides great opportunities and experience for those involved in the creative industry locally.
