€750,000 allocated to Kerry community groups and projects

€750,000 has been allocated to community groups and projects across Kerry.

Kerry County Council announced 123 groups are to benefit from the Community Support Fund.

€475,000 will be shared by the groups, while €275,000 is being retained to leverage funding from other funding streams for strategic projects at Municipal District level.

Cathaoirleach of Kerry County Council, Cllr Jimmy Moloney says now more than ever community and voluntary groups need the support from Kerry County Council to reconnect communities and rebuild local economies as we recover from the impact of COVID 19.
