The Director of Public Prosecutions will decide if charges are to be brought following an unexplained death in Killarney.
On August 29th last year, 26-year-old Darragh Sheehan, from Doneraile in Co Cork, was found unconscious outside the Gleneagle Hotel in Killarney and was later pronounced dead.
Five men had been arrested as part of the investigation over the following months, but no charges had been brought.

The Garda Press Office now says the investigation has concluded and a file has been sent to the DPP.
