DPP file to be prepared in alleged Killarney sexual assault case

A file is being prepared for the DPP as part of an investigation into an alleged sexual assault in Killarney.

It’s alleged that a female was sexually assaulted on the grounds of the Church of the Resurrection on Park Road at the end of last month.

This week, a man in his twenties was questioned by gardaí.

He was released without charge and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
