The businesses and shoppers of Tralee have expressed their delight at today's partial reopening.
Retailers described the town as buzzing, as people flocked to barbers, salons, and retail stores for the first time this year.

An air of excitement descended on the town of Tralee today with the reopening of personal services and non-essential retail for click and collect and appointment shopping.

There was delight for business owners to open their doors, and for staff to be back at work.
Among them, Manager of Nolans and Hilsers Jewellers, Ciara, and Store Manager at DV8, Kathy.

Frankie in Celsius Menswear and Sophie from Sean Taaffe's Hair and Beauty Salon were both delighted to be back seeing other members of staff and the public.

And there was a huge amount of anticipation at the reopening of Penneys for appointment shopping.
These customers travelled from near Dingle, having waited around four hours when booking their appointment.
