The redundancy deal offered to Debenhams staff by liquidators and their union yesterday is unacceptable.
That's according to Patricia O'Sullivan, who has worked in the Debenhams store in Tralee for 19 years.
The Mandate trade union yesterday announced they had negotiated a deal with liquidators KPMG, which would go to a ballot of Debenham workers and potentially end the dispute.
Patricia O'Sullivan says that staff weren't consulted during the negotiations, and that they will be requesting that the offer doesn't go to a ballot.
