Kerry County Council's decision to grant permission for the change of use of 18 apartments in Killarney from holiday to residential has been appealed.
Octavius Property Company Limited applied to the council to change the use of 18 apartments from their current holiday use to residential in Ballycasheen, on Park Road.
Permission was also sought for the provision of a communal open space area, and ground level private amenity spaces for ground level apartments.
Last month, Kerry County Council granted permission subject to eight conditions.
That decision has been appealed to An Bórd Pleanála by Sheila O'Sullivan, with a decision due by October 19th.
