There have been complaints about the number of people in a Kerry court.
While sitting in Killarney District Court, Judge David Waters asked gardaí to enquire with members of the public attending the court, to see if they need to be present at that particular time.
A number of people were present in the courthouse during cases not involving them, despite strict COVID-19 guidelines around court capacity.
Judge Waters asked gardaí to keep the numbers down, adding the local court has received a number of complaints about the numbers present in the courthouse.
