That was the reaction of the manager of Kenmare Mart to the announcement by the Agriculture Minister, Charlie McConalogue that buyers can return to mart rings from May 17th.
Anyone attending the sales ring who wants to view stock in pens will need an appointment.

Face masks will also need to be worn at ringside and social distancing will have to be observed.
Online trading will still be facilitated.
