The biggest drop was in non-aggravated burglaries, which fell by 77% in the first quarter of the year, compared to the same period in 2020.
Chief Superintendent Foster said this was largely down to the amount of time people spent at home for the first three months of this year.

While there were fewer than 10 unauthorised taking of vehicles in the county in the first three months of this year.
