The CEO of the Aqua Dome says not opening for a third summer would be very serious for the future of the Tralee attraction.
It was announced yesterday that the Aqua Dome will not reopen until next Easter.
Aqua Dome CEO, Kieran Ruttledge, said the facility has the reserves to do this but will need to open next summer.
He says the decision was out of their hands as under the current COVID-19 restrictions they are not allowed to reopen.
