Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a serious road traffic collision in Killarney over the weekend.
The incident involved a car and a motorbike.
This road collision happened around ten past 2 on Sunday afternoon on the N71 between Muckross House and Torc Waterfall in Killarney.
A motorcyclist in his 20s was airlifted from the scene to Cork University Hospital following the incident; he remains in a serious condition.
The driver of the car was uninjured.
A technical examination of the scene has been carried out.
Gardaí are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision, particularly any road users who may have camera footage, to contact them.
