Residential care home operator, Aperee, has taken over the management of seven nursing homes operated by the Ditchley Group, including one in Kerry.
Aperee is the operational arm of the Blackbee Healthcare Fund, which is the largest dedicated nursing home fund in Ireland.
Aperee has entered an agreement to take over the management of Ocean View Nursing Home in Camp, as well as six more in counties Cork, Kilkenny and Galway.

These homes are all currently trading, and the announcement will have no impact on their day to day operation.
Earlier this year, the Blackbee Healthcare Fund bought Cúil Didín Nursing Home in Tralee.
