A fisherman has now been missing for over two days after he fell into the sea off Kerry Head.
It's hoped the search will resume this afternoon, if the weather holds up.
At about 8.30 on Wednesday night, two men were fishing near a ledge at Kerry Head.
One of them was caught by a wave and was pulled into the water.
The other man got in to help him - he got out of the water himself, but was unable to bring his partner with him.
That man remains missing.
The search has involved the Irish Coast Guard, local RNLI groups and the Navy, but has been unsuccessful.
The search was stood down yesterday afternoon due to bad weather, but Valentia Coast Guard say they hope it will resume this afternoon, if they weather holds up.
