The Oireachtas festival, which was due to take place in Killarney, won't go ahead in its normal capacity this year.
The Oireachtas Board of Directors says the organisation will focus on producing an alternative programme for this year.
The decision was made due to the ongoing uncertainty in relation to COVID-19 restrictions for the coming months.

The board says arrangements for an inclusive, entertaining and creative new programme for the 2021 festival will be confirmed at a later date.
