Aldi is to create 37 new jobs in Kerry.
The German supermarket chain currently operates seven stores across Kerry, employing 142 full-time staff and spending over nine million Euro on wages annually.
The new jobs are all permanent positions, and will be spread across the retailer's Kerry stores.
Aldi says it sourced over 17 million Euro of locally produced food and drink from Kerry based suppliers last year, partnering with eight Kerry producers including Kerry Group and Prestige Foods.
Each of the Kerry Aldi stores are involved in the food waste reduction programme, and have between them donated over 100,000 meals through FoodCloud to local charities.
