The Department of Health has reported an additional 79 COVID-19 related deaths this evening.
As of midnight last night, the Department had been notified of 1,414 new cases.
25 of this evening's cases are in Kerry, while 608 in Dublin, 105 in Cork, 96 in Galway, 65 in Meath, 59 in Donegal and the remaining 456 cases are spread across all other counties.

The 14-day incidence rate per 100,000 people in Kerry is now 258.6.
That figure nationally is 536.6.
