5 more COVID-19 related deaths have been reported to the Department of Health this evening.
As of midnight last night, the Department had been notified of 248 new cases of the virus.
Of these cases, 104 are in Dublin, 37 in Donegal, 36 in Cork, 8 each in Kildare and Westmeath, 6 each in Kilkenny, Laois, and Offaly, 5 each in Longford, Monaghan, and Wexford, with the remaining 22 cases spread across 11 other counties.
Yesterday's 9 cases have been added to Kerry's total in the county-by-county breakdown.
The total number of confirmed cases in Kerry is now at 380.
